Known issue 2015.02: "Error 1196" occurring wen uploading payslips to MyStaffInfo (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Payroll version 2015.02.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when running the payslip report with the destination to MyStaffInfo then an 'Error 1196' can occur. This Error occurs as the MyStaffInfo program is not being recognised in the system correctly. 

Workaround

Prior to opening the payslip report, open the MyStaffInfo console then exit from the console. This will enable the payslip to report to run successfully. 

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 127160479670 for resolution in a future release.
