Known issue 2017.04: Applying new group to leave does not automatically move Accrued to Carry Over (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Exo Support in Exo Payroll for the Australian version 2017.04.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when the new Leave functionality is being used, if a new Group is assigned to the Personal Leave and it is to take effect during the period of the currently assigned Group then the Current Accrual figure does not get automatically added to the Carry Over figure. 

Workaround

Manually edit the figures using the Change Carry Over button. 

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 152627351490 for resolution in a future release.
