Known issue 2013.01: Updating pay rates using PayClasses causes error 1925 "Unknown Member Payroll update_pay" (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Support in the Australian release of Exo Employer Services version 2013.01.

Issue

Support have confirmed that updating pay rates using PayClasses in Exo Payroll version 2013.01 an error 1925 Unknown Member Payroll update_pay will appear.

Any Award already linked to an employee will cause this error, if no employees are linked and the rates are updated there will be no error. If employees are then re-linked to Awards the system will update the employees with those Awards.

Workaround

Replace the Payclass.app file with an updated version.

Service Management Record 12836286802 has been created for this issue. Contact your Support partner for an updated version of the Payclass.app file. For Business partners this file can be found on the partner forum.
