Known issue: Error "1925 Unknown member STATUSBAR" when opening the MyStaffInfo console

The following issue has been identified by MYOB Support and relates to a Microsoft issue.

Issue

An issue identified with Microsoft system files can cause error '1925 Unknown member STATUSBAR' when accessing the MyStaffInfo console. The main file this error refers to is a Microsoft windows system file called MSCOMCTL.OCX. It has been found that upgrading to Internet Explorer 10 can cause issues with this file. Re-registering the windows file will have no effect.

Resolution

The windows files mentioned are not part of the Exo Employer Services install and so if this issue is encountered contact your IT team for assistance.
