Known issue 2017.03: Direct credit priority setting don't work as expected (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Payroll 2017.03.

Issue

Support has confirmed that Direct Credits (setup via the "How Paid" screen) might not always make payments in the "priority" order expected if net pay does not cover specified fixed amounts.

Workaround

Delete all Standard-pay direct Credits and then add back in order of priority.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 146154740807.
