Known issue 2015.01 (resolved): Holiday pay setup options not greyed out where applicable (New Zealand)
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Payroll version 2015.01.
Issue
Support has confirmed that Holiday Pay settings are not being greyed out appropriately to the setup of the employee.
For example:
- Full Time Permanent employee - Permanent Part Time Method option should be greyed out
- Part Time Permanent employee - Casual 8% each pay option should be greyed out
- An employee has a Holiday Pay Group assigned - all options on the Holiday Pay screen should be greyed out
Resolution
This issue has been progressed through to Product Management for resolution in a future release and has been resolved.
