Known issue 2017.04: Leave rates incorrect due to not saving employee record fully (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified by MYOB Exo Support in Exo Payroll for the New Zealand version 2017.04.


Support have confirmed that when changes are made to an employee's Standard Pay, such as increasing the employee's Hourly Rate, the Rates used for Leave payments could continue to be showing the old rates.

This can occur if the Save button has not been used (or pressing F10) to save from the Standard Pay after the changes had been made. 


Go to the employee's Standard Pay, make sure the details are correct then click on the Save button or press F10 to save from the Standard Pay screen. 


This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 153542619706 for resolution in a future release.
