Known issue 2015.01 (resolved): Pay frequency changing for some employees in current and standard pays

The following issue has been identified but remains unable to be replicated by MYOB in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2015.01.


The Pay Frequency set in the Pay table for an employee's Current and Standard Pays can change at times to using a different, incorrect frequency. This incorrect frequency can impact on the PAYG amounts in that pay, causing incorrect PAYG figures to appear.

For some employees the Standard Pay is affected while Current Pay is affected for others and in some cases both Current and Standard Pays are affected.


Contact your Business Partner for assistance. If you are a client with an MYOB Exo Support Plan then contact MYOB Exo Payroll Support. 


This issue has been progressed through to Product Development via parent ticket 124843231466 for further investigation. This has been subsequently resolved.
