Known issue 2015.01 (resolved): General ledger export from EXO Payroll to Accredo (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Payroll version 2015.01.


Accredo have changed the file format for General Ledger imports and this has impacted the ability to export to Accredo General Ledger from NZ Exo Payroll for users of the Accredo Mercury and Accredo Saturn products. 


Manually alter the export file to the format specified by Accredo prior to importing into the General Ledger. 


This issue has been progressed through to Product Development via parent ticket 122904889713 and for resolution in a future release. Resolved in version 2016.04.
