Known issue 2014.02 (resolved): General ledger exporter unable to overwrite existing file

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in Exo Payroll version 2014.02 for New Zealand.


Support has confirmed that in the General Ledger Exporter, when trying to overwrite an existing file, the message "Invalid path or file name. Export not done" can occur even though the path and the file name are correct.

This situation appears to be only happening for the Midas, Greentree and Axapta formats.


Change the existing file name to a new name that does not exist. 


This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 112662779676 and has been resolved in version 2015.01
