Known issue (resolved): Error 1113 when using function keys (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Employer Services version 2013.01.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when using the function keys such as F7, F8, F10, etc. then the error 1113 message occurs. The error is occurring on networked environments where the first function being run has not finished before a second function is run.

Workaround

Use the mouse to click on the buttons such as Next, Previous, Find, etc.

Resolution

Service Management Record 12599293709 has been created for this issue. Resolved in version 2013.02.
