Known issue 2014.02 (resolved): Calendar days for leave processed in Time and Attendance not appearing in EXO Payroll after posting

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in Exo Payroll version 2014.02 for New Zealand.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when a leave day is processed in Exo Time and Attendance and posted to Exo Payroll, the actual day the leave was for is not appearing in the Dates Taken calendar screen in Exo Payroll.

Workaround

In the Payroll Posting section of the Time and Attendance Setup, tick the "Post leave payments" option under the Salaried Employees heading and the dates will be posted through to Exo Payroll.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Development via parent ticket 110095056860 and has been resolved in version 2014.04
