Known issue 2014.04 (resolved): Leave accruing on cashed-out annual leave (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2014.04.


Support has confirmed that when a "Cash-out" of Annual Leave is processed then the following occurs:

  • The Cashed-out leave hours are included in the "Hours Paid" field which can impact on the accrual calculations of Annual, Personal and Long Service Leave.
  • Cashed-out leave hours are also included in the calculation for "Rostered Days Off" accrual.


This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 117278426789 and resolved in version 2015.01
