Known issue 2015.01: "Error 12 Variable 'SPREPEAT' is not found" message occurring when applying the new leave system (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2015.01.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when the new leave system is being applied, an "Error 12 Variable 'SPREPEAT' is not found" message can occur during the process.

This error is occurring because a field is missing from a table in the company which is then interrupting the application of the new leave system.

Workaround

The field is manually added to the table.

Adding this field requires manual intervention which we do not recommend for those without the required knowledge. Please contact your MYOB Accredited Business Partner for assistance or if you are a New Zealand client, contact the MYOB Exo Support team for further assistance.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 120645317503 for resolution in a future release.
