Known issue 2016.02: Employee on scale 1 has incorrect total PAYG figures when including HELP amounts (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Payroll for the Australian version 2016.02.

Issue

Support have confirmed that in some instances the Total PAYG figure is incorrect for employees who have been set to Scale 1 with HELP repayments, such as the 'Standard Employee with HELP' code with the 'Claim Tax Free Threshold' option unticked.

In the PAYG screen the HELP component appears correctly but the Total PAYG figure does not. 

Workaround

Manually edit the PAYG screen to have the correct Total PAYG figure. 

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development via parent ticket 135354446975 and it has been confirmed that the software is operating as per the ATO specifications provided for Software Developers.
