Known issue (resolved): MyStaffInfo multiple open batches being approved when only one batch requires approval

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in MYOB Exo MyStaffInfo version 2014.01.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when there are two batches open in the Timesheets section on the MSI website, approving one batch approves the other open batch even though it is entirely different.

When there are multiple open batches and one batch is approved, only that selected batch should be approved and the other batches not affected. 

If all are being approved then it is possible that the wrong batch will be imported and incorrect details may be approved and appear in the pay.

Workaround

Manual correction.

Resolution

Service Management Record 16228880176 has been created for resolution in a future release and was resolved in version 2014.03.
