Known issue 2016.02 (resolved): Annual leave balances showing incorrect on custom payslip after updating a termination pay (New Zealand)
The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Support in the New Zealand release of Exo Employer Services version 2016.02.
Issue
When printing a Custom Payslip report following the update of a termination holiday payment the leave balance is showing the balances as they were prior to the update. The employee record shows the correct balance.
Workaround
The Payslip report shows this information correctly although be aware this report will show any Alternative Leave balances incorrectly where they have been cashed up in the termination pay.
Resolution
This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 131696100592 and resolved in version 2016.03.
