Known issue 2017.04: Error 1165 occurring when printing payslip from the pay list screen (Australia)

The following issue has been identified by MYOB Exo Support in Exo Payroll for the Australia version 2017.04.

Issue

Support have confirmed that in the Pay List screen right-clicking on an employee in a pay, clicking on 'View Payslip' then clicking on the 'Print Report' button in the Print Preview toolbar and an Error 1165 occurs.

This occurs whenever printing Payslips using this method. 

Workaround

Select the employee in the pay then click on the 'Payslip' button at the bottom of the Pay Details screen instead of right-clicking the employee. Click on the 'Print Report' button in the Print Preview toolbar and the Error 1165 message does not occur. 

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 153985768222 for resolution in a future release.
