Known issue 2016.03: Salary not reducing when paying leave from a one-off pay (Australia)
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Support in the Australian release of Exo Employer Services version 2016.03.
Issue
Support have confirmed that when opening a One Off Pay with 'Yes' selected for the option to copy Standard Pay, the salary does not reduce when adding leave to that pay.
Workaround
Reset pay screen to standard pay and this will enable the salary reduce option.
Resolution
This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 136745321745 for resolution in a future release.
