Known issue (resolved): Changing personal leave cost centre in Employee Maintenance is not changing carers leave cost centre (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in AU Exo Payroll from version 2011.03

Issue

Personal Leave Cost Centre applies to both Sick Leave and Carers Leave. When the Personal leave cost centre is changed for an employee in Employee Maintenance only the Sick Leave cost centre in the current pay reflects the change.

The Carers Leave cost centre does not change and still reflects the old Personal Leave cost centre.

Workaround

Manually change the Carers Leave in an open current pay.

Resolution

Service Management Record 11875107302 has been created and is currently under review with our Product Development Team. Resolved in Release version 2012.02
