Known issue 2018.03: Leave Request Email option not sending email to recipient
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2018.03.
Issue
Support has confirmed that when the 'Send message to ...' option is used in a Leave Request, the email is not being received by the recipient.
Workaround
The "Employee Messaging" section could be used to send messages between the employee and the manager relating to the Leave Requests.
Resolution
This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 165263739629 for resolution in a future release.
