Known issue 2016.04: Employees report using the Excel output option shows duplicate lines

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Exo Support in both the Exo Payroll for New Zealand version 2017.03 and Australia version 2016.04.


Support have confirmed that when the Employees report has the Destination set to Excel Output, the output file has duplicate lines for each employee.

Depending on the number of fields selected for the output file and the amount of company data, the report can take longer than expected to generate the output file.


This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 143965591459 for resolution in a future release.
