Known issue (resolved): System generated allowances for ETP termination items created with incorrect codes (Australia)

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Exo Support in the Exo Payroll for Australia version 2017.04.

Issue

Support have confirmed that when processing a Termination Pay that contains ETP figures, the Payroll software will automatically create the ETP allowances if they do not already exist and these allowances could be generated with a Code = 0.

If these allowances are generated with Code = 0 then they may not appear in the pay being processed.

Workaround

Edit the allow table and override the Code field with correct allowance codes.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 146728011643 for resolution in a future release. Resolved in version 2017.06.
