Known issue (resolved): Details in user definedfields disappearing after accessing distribution screen in payslip custom report

The following issue has been identified and replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Payroll for New Zealand version 2016.02 and Australian version 2015.03.

Issue

Support have confirmed that the information entered in the User Defined fields on the Other tab of Employee Maintenance can disappear after having gone to the Distribution screen in the Payslip Custom report.

This occurs when the Distribution screen is opened but no action, such as printing, is performed for an employee.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development via parent ticket 132433199118 and resolved in version 2016.03.
