Known issue 2018.02: "File ID" field in the SAFF file exceeds 20 characters so file can't be uploaded (Australia)
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Exo Employer Services Support in the Australian release of Exo Payroll version 2018.02.
Issue
Support has confirmed that when a SAFF file is created, the 'File ID' field exceeds 20 characters so when the file is being uploaded it is not being accepted.
Workaround
Open the file in Notepad then manually edit the 'File ID' details to be 20 characters or less.
Resolution
This issue has been progressed through to Product Management via parent ticket 160376230134 for resolution in a future release.
