Known issue 2017.04: Direct credit file's totals figure different to total of the individual lines (New Zealand)

The following issue has been identified by MYOB Exo Support in Exo Payroll for the New Zealand version 2017.04.


Support have confirmed that in a Direct Credit File the Totals figure for the file can be different to the total of the individual lines. This situation can cause the Direct Credit File to be rejected by the bank software when being uploaded. 


This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 153247192433 for resolution in a future release.
