Known issue (resolved): Setup printer issue when using custom payslip distribution function

The following issue has been identified and replicated by the Support Team in the New Zealand release of Exo Employer Services version 2016.01.

Issue

When using the distribution function in the Custom Payslip to print payslips, the user is required to select print for each individual payslip when 'Setup Printer' is ticked.

Workaround

Where possible the 'Setup Printer' option should be unticked to enable all payslips to print without disruption.

Resolution

This issue has been progressed to Product Development under Service Request 132358185554 and resolved in version 2016.03.
