Proportional Costing

You can split employee’s allowance transactions across multiple cost centres using proportional costing. This feature is available for both standard and manual pays, and can also be added as a permanent transaction for ongoing use.

When you apply proportional costing to an allowance transaction, the amounts will automatically be divided based on your specified proportions during pay processing. This split will override the normal cost centre hierarchy, ensuring that costs are allocated exactly as you've configured.
