October 2025 - Support Ticket Portal

A well requested support channel has been released to our customers, a Support Ticket Portal. This gives users the ability to raise, review and manager tickets.

Update: MFA is currently not required on New Zealand sites, but we would recommend SSO or MFA on all sites, to protect their employees personal data.

March 2025 - PayGlobal Bank Details Change

With recent changes to MYOB internal systems, we have updated PayGlobal Bank Account Details.

For more information and bank details visit our help page.

Invoices will now be sent from this email address - enterprisebillingsupport@myob.com.

Updated 31/03/2025: Some customers were triggered $0 invoices in error. We are currently working to re-trigger the invoices with the correct amounts and they should be received later today.


March 2025 - Budget changes

Following on from Tuesday 25th March 2025 Budget released by the Australian Govt, these are the changes that will be coming out in upcoming releases.

PAYGW changes for 2025/26

Tax cuts from this years budget don’t kick in till next 1 July 2026 and then 1 July 2027.

However, there are likely to be medicare levy adjustments as a result of last years budget. Further details will be specified in the AU Tax Release notes and EOFY manual .

Student Loans

The government has proposed repayments will only be calculated on the income above the new $67,000 threshold instead of the total annual income. The plan is for this to take effect from 1 July 2025 subject to Royal Assent. Further details will be specified in the AU Tax Release notes and EOFY manual.

Increase in SG Rate

Effective from 1 July 2025, the SG rate will rise from 11.5% to 12%. This means employers will contribute a higher percentage of employees' earnings to their superannuation funds, enhancing retirement savings.

Super Payable on Paid Parental Leave

If you haven’t already, we recommend reviewing your paid parental leave configuration. See the following links for more details. If you would like some assistance with adjusting these payments, please reach out to Support or your Account Manager to organise one of our Consultants to assist.

Removal of ‘Lump Sum E’ reporting threshold

The ‘Lump Sum E’ $1200 reporting threshold has been removed. This means you’ll see more appearing in Lump Sum E when reporting STP than previously. You will not have to make any changes in the system.
