Modelling records and fields

In PayGlobal, the term “model” refers to the process of copying. This functionality is significant when you need to create a new record based on an existing one and you can apply this to any table within the system.

Model Record allows you to create a new record, based on an existing record and can be used on any table in PayGlobal.

Model Field allows you to assign a field value to multiple records.

In the following video, we'll model a record to add an employee and model a field value to assign the value to other employees.
