Recalculate annualised salary for a group of employees.
The annualised salary for employees can be recalculated using the 'Recalculate annualised Salaries' command from the PayGlobal tree under the administration folder.
When the tool pops up you can choose to an employee query to use when running the command or select to calculate the default rate.
You can first preview the changes before running the update process to ensure the changes are as expected.
From the PayGlobal Tree:
- Click Administration
- Click Calculate Annualised Summaries
- Choose the Employee Query you want to run
- Choose Annual Salaries from the Items to calculate
- Click Run Update
