Error: "File Access Denied" when installing Payroll

This error can occur during the installation process due to:

a conflict with hardware or other software on your computer,
insufficient administrator privileges on your computer, or
attempting to run the installation when the installation has already been started.

This can occur in Windows 8, 7 and Vista.

To resolve the error, right-click the Payroll update icon and select Run as Administrator. You will need administrator access to do this.
