Pay slip showing holiday pay in dollars instead of time

If you have selected to show Holiday Pay as a time value instead of a dollar amount on your payslip but it is still showing as dollars, check the following:

Note: There is no option to show Holiday Pay as a time value on a casual employee's payslip.

1. Go to the Tools menu and choose Options.
2. Click the Leave tab.
3. Under the Pay Slips heading, ensure the Print Holiday Pay accrued since last anniversary option is selected and the in time option is selected.
4. Go to the Maintenance command centre and click Maintain Employees.
5. Click the Leave Details tab.
6. Ensure a value is entered in the Normal Hours per week field.
   Note: If the employee is casual the Normal Hours per week field should not be filled in, so there is no option to show Holiday Pay as time on a casual employee's payslip.
