This message will occur when there are any symbols in an employee code, such as ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) / \
The example below shows that a forward slash ( / ) has been included in the employee code:
To successfully email the pay slip, simply remove the symbol from the employee's code (Maintenance > Maintain Employees > select the employee > Personal Details tab).
Click YES to the confirmation message.
