MYOB Advanced Procore Integration 6.5 Release Notes

This page describes the fixes introduced in the 6.5 release of the MYOB Advanced Procore integration

What's fixed?

IssueResolution
Publishing of the Customization for Procore is getting error message.

A migration error of the Procore data could be raised during the installation of the Procore customization package, caused by the data length of migrated data. This situation was identified and fixed.

If multiple PO/SC are imported and one of the first entities is not imported due to an error, the following entities are not imported either. Import process breaks with a Null Key error.

The status of the subcontract’s import at the Subcontracts Synchronization (PC201010) form has depended on the success of the previous one in the batch for a project. If one of the previous subcontracts has failed with an error all the next will be marked as failed too. This issue is fixed and right now all subcontracts processing independently one by one for the project.

Subcontractor Invoices in status Excluded are not shown on the Synchronized tab of the Subcontractor Invoices Synchronization screen.

SC Invoices that have the status Excluded were not present in the Synchronized tab of the Subcontractor Invoices Synchronization (PC201013) screen. As the result, the users couldn't include those subcontractor invoices back in the synchronization.

When SC Invoice cannot be imported due to the fact that commitment line is closed, the system shows no error in the synchronization log, no trace.

Subcontract invoices with a closed commitment line cannot be imported, but the system does not show errors in the synchronization log at this fact. As the result, the user is not aware of how to rectify the situation.

The error message has been added on the Synchronization Log table of the Subcontractor Invoices Synchronization screen (PC201013): "The subcontractor invoice cannot be imported because at least one of the related commitment lines is closed. Check the commitment <SC/PO Number>".

(Technical issue) Sequence contains more than one matching element error in the Change Order Synchronization PC201011 screen.

Sometimes system could throw the error “Sequence contains more than one matching element” on the Change Order Synchronization (PC201011) screen after selecting a project.
