Subscribe to outage notifications
You can subscribe for updates to PayGlobal Online on the MYOB Status page. This way, you will be notified when there is an outage and also when it is resolved.
To do so, follow these instructions.
Navigate to https://status.myob.com/
Click SUBSCRIBE (top right).
Select Email and type in your email address.
Tick the box that you accept the T&C’s and click Next.
Under Customizations, click Selected Services.
In the filter type “PayGlobal” (see illustration below) and tick box next to Small to Bigger Business Solutions and Click Save.
