How to login to PayGlobal Online using Duo Mobile Bypass Code

Why would anyone need a bypass code to login?

MYOB PayGlobal Online requires all users to login with a 2nd factor of authentication using Duo Mobile.
A bypass code is required if a user does not have their registered device to authenticate using Duo Mobile or during a Duo Mobile outage.

How does a user get a Bypass Code?

MYOB PayGlobal Support can provide a bypass code if the request is received in the form of an email from the Primary Contact. Please contact your Payroll Team or HR team if you are unsure who the Primary Contact is.

How to login using a Bypass Code

  1. Navigate to PayGlobal Online portal and login using your credentials.

  2. When you receive this prompt, click Other options.

  3. Launch PayGlobal Online. After entering credentials again in Windows Security Prompt, click Show Details when RemoteApp box appears.

  4. Click Cancel to move past the Duo push.

  5. Click Enter a Passcode to type in the bypass code that was provided to you.

    You will be presented with the StartPayGlobal database selection.
