Accessing PayGlobal - Summary

Below are some of the various login prompts you will see when trying to login to PayGlobal, ESS and SSRS.

If you get stuck when trying to login and require assistance from MYOB PayGlobal Support, please let us know the name of the login prompt where you are having trouble.

PayGlobal Online Access Portal

The username and password for this screen are administered by PayGlobal Support.
If you are unable to login, PayGlobal Support can reset this password, but this will need to be requested in writing (via email) by an Authorised Contact.

Windows Security Prompt

This password is the same as your PayGlobal Online Access Portal password. On occasion, you may need to select More Choices > Use Another Account and then re-enter your username and password.

PayGlobal Application

The Login ID and Password for this step will be provided by your Payroll team.
If you get stuck at this point, you will need to contact them in the first instance.

ESS

The Username and Password for ESS should be provided by your Payroll team.
If you are unable to login to ESS, you will need to contact them in the first instance.

ESS Admin

The Username and Password for ESS Admin is the same as your PayGlobal Application Login ID and Password.

SSRS

User Name = FirstName.LastName
Password = the same as your PayGlobal Online Access Portal password

If you are unable to login, ensure you are using the correct username and password (as noted above).

It is possible for PayGlobal Support to reset this password, but doing this will also reset your PayGlobal Online Access Portal password.
