Adding Greentree to a new authenticator app
If you’re already logging in with multi-factor authentication (MFA), there are times you might need to add Greentree to a new authenticator app – for example, if you got a new phone.
Before getting started, make sure you’ve downloaded an authenticator app, like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, which are available for Android and Apple devices on the Google Play or App Store apps.
Log in to the part of MYOB Greentree that you want to add to your authenticator app: Greentree Desktop, eModules, WebView or WebStore.

Click Enrol Authenticator App:
Greentree Desktop – On the General tab of the Preferences for user form. Open the form by going to File > Preferences.
eModules – In the top right of the main screen.
WebView – In the top right of the main screen.
WebStore – In the menu list on the left of the main screen.
In the Enrol Authenticator App window, scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
If scanning the QR code doesn’t work, click Add manually and follow the on-screen instructions.
