Error 1924: "Load document is not object"

Errors can occur when running the software due to many possible different causes such as:

  • corruption of data or files
  • changes made in the environment that the software has not been updated for
  • user's rights are setup incorrectly or have been changed

When logging into a company an "Error 1924 Load document is not an object" message may occur.

When this error occurs, the following are options for correcting the situation:

  • Exit the software then restart and log back in
  • Restart the pc then start the software and log in
  • If the errors continue then ignore through the errors to get into the company and do a File Reindex. Click here for assistance with running a File Reindex.
  • If the errors still occur then exit the software and run the network.exe file. Click here for assistance with running the network.exe file.
