Error 1734

When the MYOB Exo Employer Services software is running, errors can occur due to files being unavailable for the software to use. Files can become unavailable when they have become corrupted, are no longer being recognised by the software or are no longer registered in Windows.

An Error 1734 message may occur when using the MYOB Exo Employer Services software. These messages can contain different descriptions such as "Property OLEMONTH is not found" but the following suggestions are applicable to any Error 1734 message.

Running the network.exe file

Run the network.exe file from the payroll folder to install and register the files necessary for the MYOB Exo Employer Services software to operate on the PC.

Click here for further instructions on running the network.exe file.

Performing a force upgrade

The Error 1734 message may occur due to a file not having the correct structure as expected by the software. A Force Upgrade would need to be done to correct the file so that it will contain the correct structure.
