Known issue: Stock adjustments screen freezing

In Exo Business version 2021.3, the new stock adjustments screen can go unresponsive after entering three lines.

When you wait a few seconds or use the arrow keys to navigate around the unit price you'll see the selected line rapidly change back and forth, and then the software will freeze. You then need to close Exo using the task manager.

We're aware of the issue and are looking to fix it in an update keep an eye on the release notes for more information. In the meantime, you can enable the old stock adjustments screen to continue stock adjustments.

Enable the new stock adjustments screen
  1.  Go to the MYOB Exo Configurator screen.
  2. Search for the STOCKMOVE_USE_OLD_FORM profile.
  3. Enable the profile.
