Error: Emails not sending when creating activities

Emails are not being sent when creating activities in some MYOB Exo Business sites, starting with version 2019.2. When you select the Send Email checkbox no email is sent.

The error only affects sites that do not have the job costing module installed.

As well as the fix on this page, we're working on resolving this in a future update. Keep an eye on the release notes for more information.

To fix the 2021.4 activity email issue
  1. Download this updated EMAILTASK.CLF file.
  2. Replace the existing version of this file with the new one.
