Terminated Employees Report

Only a Manager with Payroll or higher access can view this report. Go to Management > Reporting. From there click on Employee > Terminated Employees.

This report shows a list of terminated employees - see How do I terminate an employee? for information on the termination process.

Click View Documents to download copies of any documents that were uploaded as part of the termination process.

Click Reinstate to cancel the employee's termination. This option is only available if the Re-employable option was ticked during the termination process, and only up until the employee's final date of employment - see How do I reinstate a terminated employee?
