Updating Pay Super settings - AU

Once you’ve signed up for the Pay Super service, you can log into your MYOB account to manage your authorised users and change your payment limit.

If you need to create an account for yourself or a new user, see Registering for Pay Super.

To log in to your MYOB account
  1. Go to Payroll Preferences (MPPP1100).
  2. On the Pay Superannuation tab, click Pay Super Settings. A login window opens in your web browser.
  3. Enter your MYOB account details to log in.

Once you have logged in, your current Pay Super details will show in your web browser.

To add or remove users, or update their Pay Super roles
  1. Log in to your MYOB account, and go to Your User Roles.
  2. Click Edit details. An SMS code will be sent to your verified mobile phone number.
  3. Enter the SMS code within 30 minutes. If it expires, click Resend code
  4. From the Your User Roles screen, add or remove users or change their Pay Super roles:
    • None: No access to Pay Super features
    • Creator: Can view and create superannuation payment batches
    • Authoriser: Can view, create, and authorise payment batches
    • Pay Super Administrator: Can view, create, and authorise payment batches, and can also change Pay Super settings online

Be careful assigning roles. Authorisers and Pay Super Administrators can authorise direct debits from your business bank account.

To change your payment limit
  1. Log in to your MYOB account.
  2. Go to Your Payment Limit.
  3. Click Edit details. An SMS code will be sent to your verified mobile phone number.
  4. Enter the SMS code within 30 minutes. Click Resend code if it expires.
  5. Change the payment limit amount. The change is applied immediately.

You can use your account to increase your limit by up to $15,000. For a larger increase, or to change the limit’s frequency, email a completed Pay Super Change of Details form to paysuper@myob.com.
