Modify Employee Details
The Modify Employee Details window is where you can edit and update your employees’ details. This includes details about tax, allowances and deductions, direct credits, leave, KiwiSaver, notes, and HR.
To modify employee details
Press F3 at any time
Press the F3 key from anywhere in Ace Payroll to open the Modify Employee Details window.
During pay calculation
While calculating your regular payroll, either press the F3 key or click the Employee F3 button to open the Modify Employee Details window.
From the front screen
From the front screen click Employee then Modify Employee Details to open the Modify Employee Details window.
