What to do when receiving the message "Cannot locate the Microsoft Visual Foxpro Support Library"

When the software is installed on a pc there are files installed in that process that are required for the Visual Foxpro programming language used by the Payroll software to run correctly.

There are circumstances where these files are not available on that pc so when a user attempts to use the Payroll software they get the message "Cannot locate the Microsoft Visual Foxpro Support Library".

Enabling Payroll software to operate

In the directory that the Payroll software has been installed in, e.g. C:\Payrollv, there is a file called Network.exe. This file installs all of the necessary files, to the pc that it is run on, to enable the Payroll software to operate.

If a user is getting the "Cannot locate the Microsoft Visual Foxpro Support Library" message then the Network.exe file should be run on that pc to install the missing files. When running the Network.exe file a screen will appear asking for the Destination Folder and has a default location of C:\Payrollv already showing. The Destination Folder needs to have the correct location of your Payroll software entered as the shortcut on that pc will be altered to whatever is in the Destination Folder field.
