Upgrading Windows 10 when using EXO Employer Services
Some clients may experience issues when emailing payslips and running reports after upgrading to Windows 10. Exo Employer Services requires a specific PDF Converter to run and email reports from the software and the upgrade to Windows 10 may cause the default to be altered.
The PDF Converter can be restored to resolve these issues by running the network.exe file from the server or local PC.
