Support plan terms and conditions and other assistance options (New Zealand)

The MYOB Exo Employer Services Support Team used to charge on a Pay-Per-Call basis up to June 2010. As at 1 July 2010, this was changed to an Annual Support Plan that is charged based on the number of staff that the company is licensed for.

The Annual Support Plan allows users to contact the MYOB Exo Employer Services Support Team for assistance. Without the Annual Support Plan, the support provided by the MYOB Exo Employer Services Support Team will be minimal at best.

The terms and conditions for the MYOB Exo Employer Services Support Plan detail what the Support Plan covers as well as any limitations.
