Support options for EXO Employer Services (New Zealand)

Support for the MYOB Exo Employer Services software is provided via several options:

  • Phone Support
  • MYOB Education Centre
  • The Help file found in the MYOB Exo Employer Services software
  • Online Knowledge Base
  • MYOB Exo Employer Services Consultants/Training
  • MYOB Exo Employer Services Certified Business Partners

Phone support

For clients on the annual support plan

Call 0800 69 62 39 during the following hours:

8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday NZST

Phone support is closed on nationwide public holidays.

For clients not on the annual support plan

Contact Support as detailed above to discuss the details and to sign up for the Support Plan or get help via one of the options below.

MYOB Exo Employer Services Support no longer charge on a per call basis. As of July 2010 this procedure was replaced by the Annual Support Plan.

Education centre

The Education Centre can be accessed from the software through the Help menu then select MYOB Education Centre

Help file

The Help file can be accessed from the software via:

  • Pressing F1
  • Go to the Help menu then select MYOB Education Centre
  • Go to the Help menu then select Help

Online knowledge base

The MYOB Exo online knowledge base contains articles that can explain and guide clients through different queries.

User Guides

User Guides detail how to use the software including setups, processing, maintenance, etc.

The User Guides can be accessed from the software by going to the Help menu, click on MYOB Education Centre then in the User Guides section select the appropriate guide for the software being used.

MYOB Exo Employer Services consultants and training

MYOB Exo Employer Services Consultants are members of the MYOB Exo Professional Services Team that deliver the MYOB Exo Training Courses as well as providing assistance via phone, internet and/or going onsite.

The Professional Services Team can be contacted by phone on 0800 94 97 03 or by going to the Help menu then selecting Get Training and Consulting.

MYOB Exo Employer Services Certified Business Partners

MYOB Exo Employer Services Certified Business Partners are independent businesses who have staff certified to provide assistance to MYOB Exo Employer Services clients.
